It’s that time of year again! A fresh New Year to begin anew!
As Christmas and the New Year approaches, we begin to take stock of the past year. We look at life events, memories created, the good and the bad. And then we look to the future. The promise of a new year brings promise of a fresh start for many. We set our new goals and plan for a bright future.
2016 marks new beginning for the housing market in Encinitas and San Diego. With the market bouncing back, it is a very good time to get into real estate if you are looking to make the leap. - The Cardiff Rail Trail plans are in the midst of a big debate. The plans will create a walkable trail from Cardiff traveling North to Swami’s just East of the railroad tracks. Check out norailtrail or yesrailtrail to see both sides of the debate. About $5.1 Million has been secured for this project which could break ground in 2016.
